Hi families!

Our Fall Party will be on October 31st, from 2:00-3:00. You are welcome to join us, but please make sure you have filled out this volunteer form for the office if you plan to attend. Thank you!

Movie Reward: We are getting close to reaching our first paperclip whole class reward! We also are finishing up our class read aloud "Because of Winn Dixie" On Friday, November 8th (half day), we will watch the movie Because of Winn Dixie and have a party similar to the main character in the story! Here is a sign up sheet if you are able to send in some items to help out. All of the items on the list are specifically mentioned in the book. Please send in any items by Wednesday (11/6). Here is a link to the Dump Punch recipe we will be making.

Math: In math, we completed Unit 3 lessons 1-4. This week, we will complete lessons 5-9. The Unit 2 test will be coming home this week. While the goal is a 3, if your child scored below that, we will continue to work on this during bear time. The goal is to get to a 3 by the end of the year!

Halloween: Student may wear costumes to school. All items must be appropriate for school. Masks and accessories will stay in backpacks so that learning can happen during the day. The parade will be at 3:15. Thanks for your help with this!
